Bowed foundation repair

The problem
Block foundation wall was bowing inward after years of soil pressure.
What we did
Installed carbon-fiber straps on a calculated spacing, parged the interior face, and tied the repair into the existing waterproofing.

Lintel and header rebuild

The problem
Rusted steel lintel above a picture window had split the brick course above it.
What we did
Shored the opening, cut out the failed lintel and damaged brick, set a new galvanized lintel with proper flashing, and rebuilt the course.
